Cecilia started face-painting on the local children for their first street party nine years ago. She paints children's faces at local fairs and schools, because it's so much fun. She uses water based body paints, glitter and sometimes metallic powders with her face paints. All are safe and comfortable on the skin.

Cecilia charges $35.00 per hour for face painting.
